A: Bill loves all things motorcycles plus we come alongside you in your photography journey. We partner and support your business and creative goals. Similar to a sidecar, our drive is to make your business the hero and we increase your ability to grow your business through photography.

A: Depending on what your project requires from us there are many useful pieces of information that you can let us know upfront to help us quote your photography.
Some of the first questions we typically have for any new client are:
• What does your business do?
• What type of photography are you looking for?
• Where will your final images be used?
• Roughly how many final images are you needing?
• Do you have any inspirational photos that can start the conversation for your photoshoot?

A: Depending on the scope of your project, your photos may take place in our home studio with props and backgrounds, or if required an on location photoshoot is an option for those who are looking for either outdoor or lifestyle images that require a different setting. Travelling expenses for an on location photoshoot is included in your quote once specified.

A: With Sidecar being a home photography studio we request that our clients approve their images virtually via email to keep projects running smoothly and efficiently. Depending on the scope of the project, we can send 3-5 sample photos to you from your shoot to make sure everything is how you envisioned.

A: Turn around times varies from project to project, but we typically require a two week timeframe from the moment your products arrive at our studio to when your final images are delivered for your use.

A: Unless otherwise specified, we request a 30% deposit upfront when signing off on your project quote. The remaining balance of the payment is invoiced via email at the end of your project before you receive your non-watermarked final images.

A: Most of our clients find it easiest to e-transfer the final amount to us via: bill@yoursidecarstudio.com. We except cheques through traditional mail for all returning clients. Paypal is an option if you are located internationally.

A: After your photoshoot is completed, it is our policy to store your products for 30 days. During this period, you may request to have your products shipped back to you at your expense, you may pick your products up from our studio in person or you can opt for us to donate/dispose of the remaining products from your photoshoot.

A: Of course! Although we specialize in product and brand photography, we have years of experience in other areas including: Lifestyle Photography, Wedding Photography, Family Photography, Graphic Design and Videography.
